What is Pivotal?

Pivotal is an Ethereum Layer-2 blockchain, built on the Optimism Stack and part of the Superchain collective. Pivotal aims to mainstream Web3 adoption through immersive streaming and entertainment.

Pivotal's infrastructure consists of a low-latency streaming engine, TV distribution, and a decentralised cloud delivery network.

Pivotal is seeded from BoltOS.ai, and functions as an independent protocol.

Pivotal uses ETH as its default gas token, and will launch a value accrual token (PLUS) for staking, liquidity concentration, and incentives for the community
